Our Gods are holy for us Hindus. They may not be filmed or photographed the whole year over. Only once in a year Murugan, the chief God of the Berlin Tamil community, leaves the temple and shows himself to the public.
Thiruvila, the wheel celebration, one of the highest celebrations of the Hindus, is the occasion.
Accompanied by the whole parish Murugan is carried in a big procession through the borough.
